Information you provide: When you sign up via Whop, you provide an email address, username, and payment information. Payment information is processed by Whop and their payment providers; we do not store full card details on our servers.
Usage information (analytics): If you consent, we collect anonymised analytics about how visitors use our Site — pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, referring URL — via Umami Analytics (see Section 3). No personal data is linked to these analytics.

To provide and maintain access to the KerosTrading membership.

To improve the Site and the quality of our content (analytics, with consent).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Whop — membership management and payment processing. Whop acts as an independent data controller for data collected on their platform.
Umami Analytics — self-hosted at umami.kerostrading.com. Umami processes anonymised usage data only. It does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not share data with any third party. Only activated with your consent.
TradingView— for indicator delivery. Subject to TradingView's own privacy policy.
Authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or court order.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:

Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing necessary to provide the membership services you signed up for.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
